Free Shipping?

Free shipping only applies to UK domestic deliveries. An indication of this is the icon next to the product. Based on the product, weight and dimensions, we will offer the most effective shipping method for free for our UK customers only where it is applicable.

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, including the Middle East, Europe, America, Canada, Austrlia, Asia and Africa and many other locations around the world. If you have a question about domestic & international shipments, please contact out client services team: clientservices@barikee.com

When do you ship?

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm GMT. If your order is shipping via Royal Mail or DHL, the order must be received by 11am GMT to ship out the same business day.

How do you ship?

Most of our orders ship via Royal Mail for shipping within the UK and EU. For international shipments, we use DHL International. Artwork by our featured and premier artists are shipped exclusively by DHL International.

Rates to ship?

We charge a flat rate for shipping. We offer a variety of delivery methods that are carried out by Royal Mail and DHL and charge accordingly.

How to track an order that's been shipped?

If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of order, you should receive an automated email from either Royal Mail or DHL with your tracking number once the order ships. Alternatively, once the order ships, the order on our website is updated with a tracking number (if available). You can retrieve your order information by logging into your account on the website. The tracking number may also be present on your invoice or notification of your ordered being processed.

Are the items in stock?

All items are normally held in stock. However, we may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock.

What are the lead times?

We aim to ship orders within 1 working days for domestic orders and 3 working days for international orders. However, this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances such as order volume and backorders. Larger orders may also take a few extra days to ship out.

What are the shipping times?

Depending on which service you choose the shipping times will be dependent on that service. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are generally not included in the estimated delivery time estimates. All delivery and dispatch times stated are estimates.

Royal Mail 1st Class service usually delivers within 1-2 business days from dispatch to the UK.

Royal Mail 2nd Class service usually delivers within 2-3 business days from dispatch to the UK.

DHL UK Domestic service usually delivers within 1-2 business days from dispatch to the UK.

DHL International service usually delivers within 3-7 days from dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes for all orders shipping outside of the UK

Please be aware with international orders; customs fees, duties, taxes and or brokerage fees may apply. Please check with your local government/customs agent to see if any fees apply. These fees are not included in your order cost and are not handled by Barikee. It is your responsibility to pay any fees that your government may require.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Barikee product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Barikee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Barikee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Barikee shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
